The spread encompasses TV celebrity chefs Graham Elliot and Chuck Hughes, as well as three of Arizona's James Beard Award-winning chefs, Nobuo Fukuda, Christopher Gross and Robert McGrath.
National trendsetters — such as two-time Beard winner Paul Bartolotta, Angie and Ruth McCartney of Mrs. McCartney’s Teas and Jenn Bare of Get Crocked — will host dinners, seminars and demonstrations. So will hometown dining-scene influencers like Silvana Salcido Esparza of Barrio Cafe, Kevin Binkley of Binkley’s, Cullen Campbell of Crudo and Okra, and Stephen Jones of Desoto Central Market.
